Psarades Plyto, Lyrarakis 2020
This ancient Greek variety is focused on pure, elegant stone-fruit character, a full mouthfeel and refreshing acidity. Plyto has been saved from extinction by the Lyrarakis family on Crete who replanted it in their Psarades vineyard in the early 1990s, one of several native varieties that owe their survival to this family owned estate, a treasure trove of discoveries.
