Quimay Valle de Uco Los Arboles Chardonnay 2021
Bright and fresh, appley and floral Argentine chardonnay from high-altitude vineyards at around 1,150 metres. Tank fermented and matured to maintain the taut, crystalline style, while some yeast lees stirring in tank was done to fill out the mid-palate.
