Beer and Cider from Scotland
Red Kite is a full, warming and complex red ale which is organic certified. The nose shows notes of berry jam, heather and a delicate peaty quality. The palate is complex, with a delicious peatiness, notes of toffee, biscuit and roasted malt. Lovely. Black Isle Brewery is a B-Corp certified brewery based just north of Inverness and sustainability is a key part of their business, alongside brewing delicious beers, of course!
