Wine critic turned winery owner Giorgio Melandri was keen to explore Romagna's marl and sandstone foothills for production of elegant sangiovese. Acereta offers a cool red-berry fruit profile with mineral and clove developing, all held by tightly woven, fine tannins. Modern, lifted and very fine sangiovese for pinot lovers.
