Complex Oregon pinot with savoury spice, herbal and tart redberry perfume. With a long cool ferment, and aging on French oak barrels for 17 months this has been bottled with minimal sulphur. A great example of the modern crunchy yet fine wines coming from this redwood-surrounded region.
