Stevenage - Fine wine dinner
A four-course meal paired with a selection of wines chosen from the cream of our crop, our fine wine dinner will showcase some real gems of the wine world.
What makes a wine a fine wine can be quite subjective and isn’t solely attributed to the price, but more the winemaking, complexity and how it can develop with age. Our Tastings Team will discuss these principles of fine wine; including how wines can age, how best to store them and of course, how best to serve them!
They will then talk you through a carefully chosen selection paired against a four-course meal, including some specially reserved wines from our cellars that we are opening for the occasion.
