From beautiful beaches to the majestic Pyrenees and the French Alps, the South of France is rightly renowned for the quality of its regional cuisine, with a number of mouth-watering local specialities: Bouillabaisse from Marseille, pissaladière and ratatouille from Nice, Cassoulet from the Languedoc. Is it any wonder that the area is a food-lovers paradise, and that’s before we get started on the mouth-watering selections of cheeses from the area.

As you might expect, the wines have made their mark here too, from the beautiful pale pinks of Provence to the herbal white wines of the Languedoc, and the rich, robust reds of the South-East, there is a wine for every palate and every dish.
