Syrah du Maroc Tandem, Alain Graillot et Thalvin 2022
The late Alain Graillot was cycling in Morocco when he came across Domaine des Ouleb and soon a partnership to produce a syrah together was realised. Grapes come from the Benslimane region, north-east of Casablanca and along with the classic black pepper notes of syrah, the wine expresses mixed spice, dark plums, cloves and liquorice spice. Tannins are chalky and well integrated.
