Syrah, Saint Guilhem le Desert, Famille Guibert 2022
The Guibert family produce a large number of wines other than their famous Daumas Gassac. This is a new creation, mostly syrah with a third of mourvèdre and marselan, from mostly north-facing vineyard sites. Dark and brimming with blackberry and olive, plush texture and great length.
