A modern style of saperavi, made using traditional amphorae in Georgia, this spends only 20 days on skins before being pressed back into amphorae until bottling. The resultant wine is medium- to full-bodied with bright, pure and lifted black fruit. Plum and red berry on the palate are backed up by good fresh acidity.
