Delamain supply this XO Cognac for us from some of their best barrels. It has an average age of 25 years in cask, and has incredible complexity and concentration as a result. As this warms in a large glass the aroma is heady with peach, apricot, fresh shortbread and almond, with intensity on the palate and a long finish.
