A skilfully crafted multi-regional, multi-variety blend of verdelho, chenin, palomino, alvarinho and fernão pires from South Africa. Part is fermented on the skins, delivering a wine as multi-layered as its make-up, with refined texture and fresh minerality.

Thistle & Weed
This exciting young partnership turned heads even on the release of their maiden vintages. The name pays homage to ‘the tenacity and survival skills of thistles and weeds’, and each wine is named after an indigenous species, beautifully represented on labels that are as captivating as the bottles’ contents.
This couple that is not a couple is a partnership between former Delheim viticulturist Etienne Terblanche and Stephanie Wiid, winemaker at Fairview. Contacts, insider knowledge, artistic flair and natural instincts have clearly all played their part here, so that this is definitely a new venture to watch.
