Toreye Chardonnay, Weingut Eymann 2023
Weingut Eymann were trailblazers in Germany in working biodynamically, and young winemaker Vincent Eymann is transforming this Pfalz estate into a producer of high-quality and well-made wines, while focusing on sustainability. This chardonnay comes from the single vineyard of Sonnenberg in Gonnheim and is fermented in barrel. Creamy in texture with some creaminess and richness on the palate that is perfectly balanced with spice and acidity.
