Brilliant, fruity and fresh-tasting Languedoc red made from cabernet franc and malbec, offering raspberry and cranberry-fruit flavours that last well on the palate.

A soft, round and easy-drinking petit château claret delivering plenty of Bordeaux character at a very fair price. An unoaked blend of 60% merlot and 40% cabernet sauvignon which will match a wide variety of dishes from red meat or roast chicken to grilled vegetables or hard cheeses.

We all need a fuss-free red – cue this juicy barbera from north-west Italy. There's good intensity of cherry and redcurrant berries with a medium to light body and a refreshing finish.

Aside from being good people, Bleasdale also make wines that consistently overperform, even in more challenging vintages. This is a prime example. It's wonderfully vibrant, bold, generous and fruity, with flavours of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry. Given the outstanding quality of the 2021 vintage, its no surprise that this may well be the best ever release of this wine.
