Vasse Felix Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
From the pioneering winery of the region, this is an outstanding example of the potential for cabernet there. Wonderfully fragrant and luscious, with notes of cassis, plum, cedar, cigar box and bay leaf on the nose. The palate is full but fine, with complex and luxurious black-fruit and spice flavours.

Vasse Felix
The earliest pioneer of Margaret River winemaking, Vasse Felix was established in 1967, founded by a doctor, Tom Cullity, who searched relentlessly in the area for just the right place to plant his vines. He found it a Wilyabrup and planted eight acres that remain the heart of the Vasse Felix estate to this day. In 1987 it was purchased by the Holmes à Court family, and they have expanded the vineyard area while maintaining the commitment to quality that was always in place. After all, Tom Cullity's vision was a good one –“to make the best possible wine.”
