This estate is the creation of Corrina Faravel, German-born and trained, and married to Thiérry Faravel of la Bouissière in Gigondas. Hers is a steeply sloping vineyard on the edge of the famous Dentelles de Montmirail. This is full-bodied and promises to be a brilliant bottle in two to three years time.
