Wildman Wine Astro Bunny South Australia Pét-Nat 2023
Despite the funky look of the bottle and the opaque, unfiltered wine inside, this is a pretty, clean, crisp and refreshing South Australian fizz, made from 43% arneis, 23% zibibbo, 21% nero d'avola and 13% fiano, coming from Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Riverland. Slightly broader, richer and more generous than previous releases, thanks to a little more time on the vine, this is a pastel pink in the glass and shows a lovely generous peachy quality on the nose, along with a hint of dried herbs and wild strawberry. Serve cold and gently tip the bottle up to mix the in the lees for the fullest flavour and texture.
