Explore some of our favourite vegetarian and vegan wines with Anna and Catherine from the Tastings and Events Team. The pair will be selecting some of their top meat-free dishes and a range of wines to pair with them.
We encourage you to join us in creating some of the dishes at home and trying them alongside the wines. Anna will be matching wines with home-made vegan pesto (her favourite thing to make in the summer) and veggie moussaka (a true winter treat); while Catherine will be pairing butternut squash wellington and her own personal chipotle bean chilli recipe. Details of their favourite recipes and the wines to pair are found below. It would be lovely if you would be able to cook one or two of the below and join them by popping a couple of corks:
