"This Loire sparkling wine is made from cabernet franc with a touch of grolleau, for The Wine Society, and has 12.5% alcohol and a lovely peachy/salmon colour. A tiny whiff of sulphur blows of to reveal soft, delicately herbal and spicy red fruits. The mousse is quite delicate and very fresh, there is an edge of sweetness here too, and a sherbetty brightness.
