Mr Geoffrey Gill
"As with so many Italian Pinot Grigios, this is over-cropped and under-extracted. A pub glugger. Grigios from altitude are usually better than this; however, it is only £6.95. As ever, you get what you pay for. It has to be said, though, that that the Society's offerings of Italian wines from elsewhere e.g. Piemonte - wines at a similar price - are much better. I shall be sticking to wines in the Gris style from elsewhere in the world."
"I have tried several PGs from Trentino which are closer to Alsace Pinot Gris - which I much prefer - than to the commoner PG della Venezia, so I hoped/ expected that one from the 'Dolomites' would be likewise, given that Trentino is more or less in the Dolomites. Not so! This is a fairly bog standard Italian PG, some of which are doubtless very good (at a price), and whilst there is nothing all that wrong with it, I am with the other reviewer who described as pub PG."

"Very pleased with this for the price. Some PGs are light and perfumed. Thankfully, this is not. Dry with mineral notes. Easy drinking. Enjoyed best when well chilled. Will buy again."

Mr Christopher Mills
"Initial taste this is PG. Some depth and weight. Drink ice cold as it has some sweetness but just a bit."
