An excellent blend from across the Auxey-Duresses region, with over a third coming from the appellation’s best vineyard, Les Autés. Fermented then matured for about a year in barrel, leading to a rich and powerful wine
This superb white Burgundy comes from François d'Allaines’ own domaine and yielded just 35hl/ha. 20% new barrels give this a hint of oak and despite the relatively long barrel ageing (18 months) it remains discreet.
