Crémant d'Alsace, Domaine Boxler 2020
A blend of auxerrois, pinot blanc and pinot noir, this is a rather enticing crémant made by one of Alsace's most highly regarded producers. Plenty of stony, citrus aromas, with white blossom and hints of red berries and brioche adding some layers of complexity. Drink from 2025 to 2030. 12.5%
