Noteworthy achievements include a robust Sustainability policy, significant team investment through initiatives like the PULSE survey and Wellbeing Group, and excellent supplier relationships established by the autonomous buying team. It was a thrill to receive six of Decanter’s coveted retails awards this year, with our online services named as some of the finest in the country by the expert panel of judges.

Best Large Online Wine Retailer

Winning Best Large Online Wine Retailer at Decanter’s retail awards for the second year on the trot was a sincere pleasure for our hardworking team.

We were honoured to be recognised for the efforts we put into our Society and Exhibition ranges – each cuvée a product of a meaningful relationship with our world-renowned growers.

Best Wine Buying Team

Our buying team were pleased to be named as Decanter’s Buying Team of the Year by their panel of experts – a testament to their hard work and industry-leading expertise.

It is an honour to have welcomed more members to virtual events than ever in 2023, and to have won this award (for the third year in a row) is confirmation of their popularity.

It is brilliant to have our commitment to sustainability recognised at the prestigious Decanter retail awards, bringing further inspiration for future initiatives.
