Prosecco and Italian sparkling wines

It’s easy to understand why Prosecco is so popular. Its lower acidity makes it easier to quaff, and it’s good value; but quality varies enormously as its smallish original heartland has extended to cope with demand. We support good growers with prime sites who are at pains to protect their heritage.
