How do I track my order?
If your order is being delivered by a Wine Society van, you will receive an email and text message a day or two in advance to confirm your two-hour delivery slot. We will also keep you updated with your driver’s progress on the day of delivery.
If your order is being delivered by DHL, you will receive an email and text message on the morning of delivery confirming your one-hour delivery slot. You can track your Wine Society delivery using the DHL eCom UK app. This easy-to-use app allows you to quickly and conveniently track, manage, and rearrange your delivery. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
For larger orders, a specialist carrier may be used. We will contact you in advance of the delivery with an estimated arrival time and tracking information.
