How do I track my order?
Provided we have your email address we will send a delivery notification email when the order has been picked, packed and has left the warehouse.
This includes gift orders, but rest assured your gift recipient will not receive any notifications from us. You can track the progress of most orders in the My Account area of our website or by calling Member Services on 01438 741177.
We will send you an email notification with details of the consignment number for tracking progress once your order is ready for dispatch. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you another e-mail to confirm.
