How do I manage or update my payment method?

Payment for your subscription will be taken from your default card. To change your preferred payment card, sign in to ‘My Account’, add a new card, and save it as your Default card. 

If you are a subscriber on an older legacy plan paid by Direct Debit, we are unable to make changes to the existing instruction. If your Direct Debit details change, you will need to add a default card to continue your subscription for future billing.
