I’ve ordered too much wine – can I return it?
For parties, weddings and similar events, it can take the uncertainty out of planning to order a little too much rather than too little. If you have unopened bottles left over after an event, you can return them to us on a sale or return basis.
There’s no need to tell us in advance when placing your order. If you do have wine to return after your event, simply get in touch with our Member Services team and we’ll arrange this for you. Wines must be returned in a saleable condition within two months of delivery.
