Dalrymple Vineyards Tasmanian Pinot Noir 2023
Spicy, savoury pinot noir from the Hill-Smith family’s other Tasmanian project, blending Pipers River focus with Coal River Valley texture. Bright whole-bunch character leads the nose, with cranberry, sun-dried tomato, guava and toasted spice, before plum and forest floor emerge. Finely tuned and elegant, with fresh acidity, grippy tannin and subtle French oak. Savoury herbal spice carries through, improving with air.
