Produced by the fourth generation of the Lemaire family in the premier cru village of Hautvillers, the historic home of Champagne, this classic blend of equal parts pinot meunier, pinot noir and chardonnay is aged for 30 months on its yeast lees before release. Based on the excellent 2022 vintage, it combines crisp citrus and orchard-fruit flavours with a ripe, generous texture and fine mousse. Fresh, precise and beautifully balanced, with a long mineral finish, this is an elegant grower Champagne that offers both immediate appeal and impressive complexity.
