From the celebrated vineyards of Chianti Classico, this outstanding 2016 is now in magnificent form. Showing beautifully expressive notes of inky violet, ripe cherry and subtle cedar, the wine has evolved into a wonderfully harmonious and complete whole. Silky yet structured, it offers depth, precision and a long, refined finish. Following recent tastings, the drinking window has been extended, though it is already singing with remarkable clarity and finesse — a superb example of this great vintage, with further graceful development ahead.
