Les Griottiers Pinot Noir, Domaine Paul Kubler 2023
This 10-hectare estate just south of Colmar has been in the safe hands of Philippe Kubler's family since 1620. Although they are committed to working organically, they are not certified. With fruit coming from Westhalten in the Vallée Noble, this pinot noir is juicy and crisp with plenty of red berry and wild strawberry perfume. Tannins are fine and well integrated and would pair perfectly with cured meats and confit duck.
