Lirac Rosé, Château de Montfaucon 2025
Rose Wine from France - Rhone
This historic, family estate looks over the Rhône opposite Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This rosé, made up of grenache, cinsault, mourvèdre and counoise, is aged for six months in large barrels, giving the wine additional texture and spice. It offers plenty of layers of wild flowers and herbs with a zesty and refreshing acidity. Like its neighbour in Tavel, this is a rich style of rosé that is ideal with food.

Château de Montfaucon
This is an ancient family-owned estate in the southern Rhône, on the right bank of the river yet facing Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
What makes Montfaucon so extraordinary is in the rich diversity of its vines as well as their age. This allows the owner, Rodolphe de Pins, to make wines of extraordinary depth and complexity.
