Litre of Soulas Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100cl
Smooth, fruity olive oil from the Cévennes in the south of France. The Soulas family have owned and run their olive oil mill in the village of Collorgues near Uzès, not far from the Pont du Gard, since 1930. Their groves are dominated by the intensely fruity picholine du Gard variety, supported by the arbequine, ascolana, rougette, noirette, vermiale, verdale and cul-blanc varieties, picked as they reach perfect ripeness.
