Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine sur Lie, Comte Leloup du Château de Chasseloir, Cuvée des Ceps Centenaires, Chéreau-Carré 2019
The weight and concentration of grapes harvested from century-old vines makes for an ideal partner to seafood classics such as plump, savoury English oysters, seared scallops or any other seasonal fish which warrants a special bottle. A Loire classic.
Percheron Chenin Blanc-Viognier, Coastal Region 2025
Popular Cape White Blend with chenin's fresh stone-fruit flavour complemented by rich and aromatic viognier. A lot of flavour at moderate alcohol.
Lascar Classic Valle Central Chardonnay 2025
No-nonsense, cracking-value chardonnay from Chile that has earned a loyal following for its ability to offer ripe melony flavours and a fresh, round palate at a very keen price.
Grove Mill Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2025
An excellent New Zealand sauvignon blanc bursting with vibrant peach, lime and passionfruit aromas, lifted by subtle grassy freshness. The palate is bright and zesty, balancing ripe tropical fruit with crisp citrus and a clean, mineral finish that reflects Marlborough’s Wairau Valley. Grove Mill, sustainability pioneers in this renowned region, craft their wines with a light environmental footprint, combining expressive flavour with delicate practices. The 2025 vintage captures the variety’s hallmark vibrancy and poise, offering a refreshing, impeccably balanced glass that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious.
Familie Mantler Gemischter Satz, Niederösterreich 2025
We know what you drank last summer… and it’s back! And it's a 2026 Wine Champion to boot. The new vintage of this barnstormingly popular, delicately spritzy Austrian white has won our buyers' blind tasting yet again. With its ‘refreshing, sparky acidity’, ‘exuberant, vibrant fruit’ and low alcohol, it’s an absolute peach of a wine.
Viognier, Pays d'Oc, Pennautier 2025
Delicately fragrant, soft, full-bodied southern-French white offering tropical-fruit flavours that are round and delicious. Viognier is a northern Rhône varietal but began to be planted further south once new clones were available. It needs slightly cooler areas so planting near the beautiful city of Carcassonne is perfect.
Sauvignon Blanc 'Pure Vallée' Vin de France, Famille Bougrier 2025
This zippy white combines Loire and southern French fruit for a delicate, grassy and slightly tropical aroma with a fresh, creamy finish.
Les Pierres Bordes Marsanne-Viognier, Pays d'Oc 2025
This marriage of two Rhône grape varieties from the Minervois/Saint-Chinian border is now a firm member favourite. Fresh, round, full-flavoured and moreishly fruity. It makes the perfect aperitif, but also matches well with seafood, white fish and chicken.
Isola della Fiamma Grillo Sicilia, Cantine Rallo 2025
In 2025 yields were down in Sicily, adding to the intensity of this aromatic dry white wine. With notes of nectarine, pear and peach there is a lovely saline, refreshing citrus-pith note on the palate that really adds to the quality of this great-value any day white.
Duo Des Mers Sauvignon-Viognier, Vin de France 2025
Fragrant, fruity, full-flavoured southern French white, the happy marriage of two worlds with crisp sauvignon coming from Gascony and full-bodied, peachy viognier coming from Languedoc.
Picpoul de Pinet, Domaine Félines Jourdan 2025
One of the best-value whites from the south of France, full-flavoured and dry yet with crisp freshness and a beguiling citrus and herb flavour. An ideal partner for white fish and seafood.
Domaine Mallory et Benjamin Talmard, Mâcon-Villages 2025
Plump and generous, this is a great example of the full-flavoured, round and fruity style of Mâcon-Villages from the warm south region of Burgundy.
