Languedoc-Montpeyroux La Boda, Domaine d'Aupilhac 2020
This is the flagship red of this excellent Languedoc estate. The blend is 40% each mourvèdre and syrah, with equal parts grenache and carignan making up the balance and the wine spends 24 months in cask. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, so best decanted before serving. Full-bodied, spicy and richly flavoured.
