As our 150th anniversary Generation Series looks at what the future holds for the wine industry, we turn to a delicious non-alcoholic tipple. This is a clever brew of botanicals, teas and fruits which provide a drink which is more than just simple, sweet and juicy. It's lively, crisp and delicately spritzy, with hints of apple-blossom and herbal notes. Electrolytes, amino acids and vitamin D provide an invigorating dose of liquid sunshine. More on the wine

The low and no category is now more diverse and exciting than ever, showing that alcohol isn't always necessary as an ingredient when it comes to enjoying delicious, sufficiently complex drinks that warrant sipping. Three Spirit is a small business set up to produce delicious plant-based drinks which challenge our palates in the same way wine does but without trying to replicate our favourite grape-based beverage. Some refer to these as ‘alt wines’, but we think they should be thought of as an alternative to wine rather than as a wine which is a bit alternative. This is not supposed to taste exactly like a wine but is a fascinating new category in its own right, and we believe you’ll see a lot more of its ilk in the not-too-distant future!

Cold brew botanical blend of; (Koseret, Manuka leaf), green gooseberry juice, fermented fruit wine (water, apricot juice concentrate, white grape juice concentrate, wine yeast), botanical extract of; (Californian poppy, nettle leaf, clary sage), gum acacia, white wine vinegar, wine tannin, natural flavors, tartaric acid, mineral salts of; (potassium, magnesium), amino acids; (L-theanine, NALT, L-histidine), coconut water, vitamins; (C, D, B3, B6, B7, B12).
