Val de Loire Parcelles Pinot Noir, Réthoré Davy 2025 Organic
Bright and sappy pinot noir with good purity of fruit and soft, cherry-laden palate. What makes this winery a little different is that it is situated in the Mauges area, not far from Muscadet, which has no AOP, which explains its diversity of plantings. He also has a diverse range of soils, and grows his pinot predominantly on schist.
