We have a whole host of events in our Cellar Showroom every month for you to enjoy:

Enomatics & tastings area
Our tasting area features two Enomatic wine-dispensing machines, each holding eight bottles – one features Anyday selections, and the other gives you a chance to sample fine wines. If you’d like a list of the wines currently available in the Enomatics simply email our Showroom Team at showroomexternal@thewinesociety.com
Vintage room
Our Vintage Room is a treasure trove of fine wines, kept at the perfect temperature in this purpose-built area. Many of the special bottles held in our Vintage Room are available in quantities too small to list online, so it’s always worth a look when you visit.
Click & Collect
Many members enjoy taking advantage of our Stevenage click & collect service. Simply select the Showroom collection option at checkout and you can pick up your wine from The Cellar Showroom.
Wine Advice
With nearly 100 years of combined wine knowledge, the Members’ Showroom team are well qualified help you with queries and advice, whether you're looking for something special, a wine to match a particular dish or any kind of occasion in between.
Glass hire
Members can borrow trays of glasses from the Showroom at no charge, we only charge for broken glasses at £5.00 each. Glasses are available in trays of 24.
The Spiegelau tasting glasses are suitable for all styles of wine and flutes are also available. Members need to collect the glasses themselves and return them, washed, to the Showroom. We do ask that anyone borrowing glasses from us in quantities of three trays of or more supports The Wine Society by purchasing the drinks to be served in them from us. Why not order your wines to collect from The Showroom on the same day that you collect the glasses for all round convenience? Hessian bags – greener than they look!
Like every department at The Wine Society, the Showroom is committed to doing its bit to be more sustainable. Members can help with this by opting to purchase our new eco-friendly hessian bottle carriers rather than the cardboard ones when shopping with us. Available to purchase in the Showroom for £5.95 each, they come in handy for carrying picnic paraphernalia, plants from the garden centre, welly storage and much more!
So, while they may appear beige, to us, they’re unmistakably green.
Gift wrap service
If you’re collecting a special bottle of wine in person to give as a gift, we can now offer to personally wrap it for you to make your present even more beautiful. A small charge of £3 will cover the cost of materials.
Spiral cellar
Our Showroom has its very own state-of-the-art spiral cellar, visible through a stylish glass door in the floor. Pay us a visit and we'll be happy to show you around. And if you’d like to install your own at home, we can help you get started with a wine credit of £250! Contact Member Services for more information.
Wedding Tastings
We’ve helped hundreds of members plan wines for their special day, and we’d be delighted to discuss selections, quantities and budgets with you.
