A note on Syrian wines
When we created our Supporting the Winemakers of Today and Tomorrow feature, we were proud to include the remarkable wines of Syria's Bargylus winery . Sadly , we’ve since learned that the situation in their region has worsened, making it unsafe to transport stock from the winery . The safety of those involved is, of course, our top priority . Our thoughts are with the team at Bargylus during this difficult time.
