Fine wine vintage chart
Our wine vintage chart contains vintage ratings on the top wine-producing regions around the world for red, white and fortified wines, to help you decide what to buy and when to pull the cork.
Wine vintage charts are broad-brush generalisations, based on regional weather conditions leading up to, and during the harvest and should be considered in context. Excellent wine can be made in lesser vintages, just as, in outstanding years, mediocrity can prove a stronger force even than Mother Nature!
Our chart includes Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhône, Rioja and Tuscany for red wines and also Alsace, Germany, Burgundy and Sauternes for white wines. There are also fortified wine vintage ratings for Port where a Port vintage has been declared.
