Panettone Pudding

A decadent twist on the Great British Bread & Butter pudding and terrific way to use up leftover panettone, this rich egg-based dessert would marry well with the waxy, blossomy botrytis-affected wines of South West France. For something a bit more exotic, look to the dessert wines of Hungary or isle of Samos.
