Red Wine from South Africa - Coastal Region
From one of the Cape's rising stars comes this evocative cinsault from a patchwork of soils, including iron, shale and granite. Using 100% whole bunches and matured in 500-litre used barrels this is intensely spicy with cracked black pepper and cranberry on the nose with a lithe, ethereal palate and powdery tannins. Delicious served chilled with a Balti curry or a fragrant biryani.
