Bodega Cerrón El Tiempo Que Nos Une Monastrell, Jumilla 2025

Red Wine from Spain - Valencia & Levante
0 star rating 0 Reviews
A crunchy yet chewy, satisfying lighter style of monastrell with juicy, bright fruit and notes of Mediterranean herbs, crushed strawberries and rosehip. Sourced from 30-year-old vines grown at around 800m near the town of Fuente-Álamo, the altitude brings freshness and elegance. The small family estate, now in the hands of three young siblings is certified organic and biodynamic, and they are dedicated to protecting and reviving the region’s long winemaking history through pure, traditionally inspired methods. Fermented with 50% whole bunches in cement tanks, then aged in a large 5,000-litre oak foudre.
