An elegant, expressive red from grown in soils enriched by ancient volcanic lava at altitudes between 700 and 1,200m. Made predominantly from the island’s key red grape, listán negro, it's light, ethereal, and delicately perfumed with crunchy red berries, a hint of pepper, and a stony, graphite minerality. We recommend chilling it down lightly.
