Bruma Paraje Marín Viña Elena, Jumilla 2025

Red Wine from Spain - Valencia & Levante
0 star rating 0 Reviews
Elena Pacheco has completely overhauled the approach of her family’s winery, which sits in the Estrecho de Marín valley, one of the warmest corners of Jumilla. The youngest of four sisters in the third generation of winemakers, she launched the Estrecho de Marin Project, of which Bruma forms part of in 2014, having sought out the best plots in their estate. Bruma is a single-site monastrell flagged by two mountains with dual aspects that bring both warmth and ripeness as well as freshness and elegance. All the vines are low, bush vines with deep root systems to access moisture in such an arid climate. The result is a sunny style of monastrell, with ripe berry fruit, red liquorice and sage, balanced by great freshness. Very moreish and stylish.
