Mas du Libian is a biodynamic estate run by two sisters and is a joy to visit, situated in the Ardèche region in an isolated site where they have planted olive trees, grains and vegetables alongside beehives to create lots of biodiversity among the vines. From various different parcels, this is a juicy, crisp and delightful rosé that will provide maximum enjoyment. Will pair perfectly with burrata and tomato salad, shellfish and vegetable quiche.
