Sourced from the cool, ocean-influenced Fiddlestix Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, this 2023 Grüner Veltliner benefits from slow, balanced ripening. Harvested in two passes to capture nuance, it was aged for nine months in a mix of neutral French oak and stainless steel, preserving both texture and freshness. Aromas of flint, fennel and white flowers lead into a bright, finely etched palate, where lively acidity and a clear mineral thread are complemented by subtle herbal and peppery notes. A gentle creaminess softens the finish, with lingering citrus zest and fresh green herbs adding lift and persistence
