An equal blend of cabernet sauvignon, cinsault and carignan, the 2019 is an exciting vintage that is full of flavour and balance. After many drought vintages, 2019 benefitted from some cooler weather and welcome rainfall. There is the classic spicy, black olive and edgy profile that you expect from Musar supported with bramble fruit, plums and some blood-orange notes. Tannins are structured and there is a vibrancy on the palate and you can taste the wine for a long time on the finish. There are so many layers to this wine that brings complexity and interest and a thoroughly enjoyable drinking experience. Drink this year to 2036. 13.5%
