White Wine from France - Rhone
From a blend of clairette, roussanne and grenache blanc this is a delicious white coming from rocky loess soils at an altitude of 250 metres. Aged exclusively in cement, this is a fresh and vibrant white that displays lots of blossom and citrus notes combined with fleshy white peach and verbena. It's a white that will pair well with white fish and soft goats cheese.
