Crémant Origine Extra Brut NV, Camille Braun
Annabelle Braun is 11th generation of her family to run this wine estate in Orschwihr, Alsace and she has moved this estate even further forward. Converted to organic and biodynamic viticulture in the early 2000s, this is a high-quality estate with a diversity of soils. This sparkling wine spends 12 months on its yeast lees, which contributes to the wine's savoury, yeasty note. A refreshing and bone-dry crémant that is wonderfully refreshing.
